We spent months testing materials with NMU mechanical engineering students and the Protolab to ensure comfort, proper fit, and no skin irritation. Typical plastics or 3D prints simply aren’t safe for skin contact over long periods.

Removable, Washable Lower Ring
The lower ring is designed to be removable and washable so it can be cleaned regularly or replaced if it wears. This keeps your SolaceShield fresh, hygienic, and long-lasting.
